Technologies of Ancient Egypt
In his book The Giza Power Plant - Technologies
of Ancient Egypt, Christopher Dunn states,
"The Great Pyramid was a geomechanical
power plant that responded sympathetically with the earth's vibrations
and converted that energy into electricity! They used the electricity to
power their civilization, which included machine tools with which they
shaped hard igneous rock."
That is an astounding statement and one that is well
documented in the book with ample illustrations and engineering. His presentations
to The Eclectic Viewpoint audiences will be complete with about 80 slides.
Christopher Dunn has an extensive background as a
master craftsman, starting as a journeyman latheturner in his home town
of Manchester, England. Recruited by an American aerospace company, he
immigrated to the United States in 1969. Beginning as a skilled machinist,
he has worked at every level of high-tech manufacturing from toolmaking
to operating high-power industrial lasers, including the position of Project
Engineer and Laser Operations Manager at DMS, a Midwest aerospace manufacturer.
The author's pyramid odyssey began in 1977 when he
read Peter Tompkins' book Secrets of the Great Pyramid. His immediate
reaction to the Giza Pyramid's schematics was that this edifice was a gigantic
machine.
