Mention words old age and people change the subject,
crack a joke, or suddenly remember they have an appointment. Old age is
not something people like to talk or think about.
People consider aging to be part of the normal life
process — a series of events that automatically take place during the
years between birth and death. However, according to John Thomas, author
of Young Again! How To Reverse The Aging Process, "Aging is not
inevitable. It is not something that just automatically happens based on
a set timetable or through a course of foreordained chronological events.
Aging is self imposed!"
According to Thomas, aging is the "abnormal" part
of the life process. "People age because they do not understand how to
stay young. They age by default and become trapped in a time warp where
their body is unable to keep up with their mind." Why does this happen?
How can it be avoided?
Medical science blames the bacteria and the viruses.
Medicine is a world of test tubes and high-tech gadgets where the Germ
Theory of Disease provides an excuse for every disease — a world where
time and "bugs" are blamed for the decay process we call aging. Other research
experts feel the human body has an internal clock, and that our cells grow
old in lock-step fashion because they are destined to do so.
Thomas says that both of these theories are incorrect.
He is quick to point out that they are widely accepted because the public
has been schooled in them. "These misconceptions cause people to blame
aging on circumstances and events instead of taking personal responsibility
for themselves and focusing on their personal habits and lifestyles."
"Aging is the effect of a life poorly lived,
not the cause. Aging is time in motion. When people see the signs of aging
in the mirror — wrinkles, grey hair, balding, obesity --- they need to
understand that the negative forces behind these signs were at work in
their body twenty years previous. Aging in the mirror means loss of function
in the vital organs of the bio-electric body. In other words, we age from
the inside out."
Young Again! is the first book to approach
the aging issue with a realistic model. The book is the product of the
author's own life experiences combined with a solid foundation in the sciences.
It outlines the exact steps necessary to reverse physical and mental decay.
"Agelessness is within the reach of every person who wants to experience
this miracle. We do not have to grow old and fall apart."
But does his formula work? Thomas answers, "Yes!
When I was age twenty-seven, my bio-electric age was thirty-nine. Today,
I am 54 years by the calendar, but my bio-electric age is only 19 years
young." Learn how to reverse the aging process in your life with this lecture
and seminar!
